Stop liquidating receipts
one by one.

Your team snaps photos of their receipts. Tally reads each one into the Liquidation and shows you the few that need a second look.

Tally reads each one.

Supplier, TIN, date, VAT and total, off real Philippine paper: thermal slips, receipt booklets, handwritten vouchers. Nobody types.

Every receipt becomes a row.

Each receipt lands in its Liquidation with the Supplier, date and amount filled in, and its photo one click away.

You only check what's flagged.

Tally redoes the VAT math, catches the receipt filed twice, and checks dates and TINs. Here, 2 of 10 need you. The rest are ready.

The work you stop doing

Liquidating used to mean an afternoon with a calculator and a stack of paper. These are the parts Tally takes off your desk.

  • Typing each receipt into Excel, one at a time

Tally reads the Supplier, TIN, date, VAT and total off the photo.

  • Redoing the VAT on a calculator

Tally redoes the math and flags the receipts that don't add up.

  • Catching the receipt someone filed twice

Tally flags a duplicate before it reaches the total.

  • Adding up the Liquidation by hand

The totals add themselves as receipts come in.

  • Building the SLSP list at the end of the quarter

Tally compiles it from the receipts you already have.

  • Digging through folders for a receipt from March

Each row keeps its photo, and Tally records where the paper original is filed.

One Liquidation, start to finish

You stop chasing paper. Everyone does their part from their own phone or inbox.

Jun uploads five receipts. Tally reads them and lists them in a Reimbursement Claim, flagging one whose VAT doesn't add up. Finance accepts it with a note and asks for approval. Ana gets an email and approves the claim.

Flags, not dead ends

When a receipt is off, Tally says what's wrong and why. You choose what happens to it. The Liquidation finalizes once every Flag is settled.

Arithmetic

VAT doesn't add up Accepted with a note

The VAT should be 12% of the VATable sales: 12% of ₱1,785.71 is ₱214.29, but the VAT is ₱241.29.

  • Accept it, with a note
  • Request a replacement document
  • Exclude it and charge it to the employee

Tally checks the VAT and totals, duplicates, dates and TIN format, that each invoice is made out to your company, and your own spending policy.

What comes out the other side

Every file you used to build by hand comes out of the same table, so the figures match the receipts in every one of them.

Fair questions

What if Tally misreads a receipt?

You'll see it. Tally highlights the fields it isn't sure of, and any field involved in a Flag, for you to confirm. You confirm the rest with one click, and every export uses the figures you confirmed.

Who can see our TINs?

Only the people whose role needs them. Tally encrypts TINs when it stores them and never writes them to logs.

Where are our receipts kept?

In secure cloud storage. Only the people you give access to can see them.

Does our accountant have to change anything?

No. They get a free login to read and comment, and journal files for the Xero, QuickBooks or Excel they already use.

Do we still keep the paper originals?

Yes. BIR auditors usually ask to see them, so keep them filed. Tally records where each one is.

What does ₱1,499 a month cover?

One company. The first 30 days are free, and you can cancel anytime.
